Gordie Howe - Detroit Red Wings

Signed index card of Gordie Howe.  Howe played for the Detroit Red Wings and Hartford Whalers of the National Hockey League (NHL), and the Houston Aeros and New England Whalers in the World Hockey Association (WHA). Howe is often referred to as Mr. Hockey, and is generally regarded as one of the greatest hockey players of all time. He was elected to the Hockey Hall of Fame in 1972.

Bobby Hull - Chicago Blackhawks

 

Signed index card of Bobby Hull. Hull is regarded as one of the greatest ice hockey players of all time and perhaps the greatest left winger to ever play the game. Hull was famous for his blonde hair, blinding skating speed, and having the fastest shot, earning him the nickname "the Golden Jet". He possessed the most feared slapshot of his day. In his 23 years in the National Hockey League and World Hockey Association, he played for the Chicago Black Hawks, Winnipeg Jets and Hartford Whalers. Hull was elected to the Hockey Hall of Fame in 1983.

James D. Norris, Jr. - Chicago Blackhawks

Company check, signed by James D. Norris, Jr. (d. 1952). Norris was a Canadian-American businessman, operating companies in the grain and cattle industries, and owner of the Detroit Red Wings of the National Hockey League. He also had significant ownership interests in the Chicago Black Hawks and the New York Rangers. While President of the Red Wings, the team won 5 Stanley Cups. He is also a member of the Hockey Hall of Fame.

Maurice "Rocket" Richard - Montreal Canadiens

Signed index card of famed Montreal Canadien Maurice "Rocket" Richard, who passed away in 2000.  Richard played for the Canadiens from 1942-1960 and was the first player to score 50 goals in 50 games. Elected to the Hockey Hall of Fame in 1961, Richard earned 8 Stanley Cup titles, including captaining the team in four straight (1957-1960). He played in every NHL All Star Game from 1947-1959.
